AMERICA THE GREAT

TRAMP THREATENED TO USE ECONOMIC FORCE TO CONVINCE CANADA TO JOINT THE US Someone suggested that Canada needs to show Tramp and his officials why free trade is good for the US.... I thought i'd just throw in my two cents worth.......... Like i said i'm not an Academic neither am i a charismatic reporter to write a nice bedtime story.... With all the difficulties i have EVEN WHEN I AM WRONG I MAKE MY POINT !!! ........ I am 80 years old and my daily routine goes like that....... I wake up around 7 am every morning.I exercise for about half an hour then over breakfast i check my messages on my IPHONE .......... And then around 9 oclock i jump into my brand new TESLA and i drive over to STARBUCKS to meet my old buddies - friends....... My friend Mitsos comes in with his old BUICK......My other friend Spiros drives a FORD ESCAPE....... Then friends Giourikas and Panikas gave up driving and they use UBER........ Over coffee and intense discussions its all about politics and sports...( Ah sports what about those Toronto Maple Leafs when are they going to win the cup ? ) Then around 12 oclock it is time for lunch and everybody goes their own way....... I am driving over to WALMART and i grab a whole roast chicken and a six pack of COORS LIGHT and a few cans of COCA COLA....... My grandkids love COCA COLA but their mother does not allow sugary pop in their house and they enjoy it when they come over to my house..... I pick up my grandkids from school and most of the time i cook for them but once or twice a Month we have PIZZA HUT...... Once a week it is MAcDONALDS ( its like a pilgrimage ) for BIG MAcK and CHICKEN NUGGETS ........ When spring comes and gardening starts i spend a lot of time at HOME DEPOT for household cleanings and gardening products ..... And i pay for all those things with my AMERICAN EXPRESS...... . The only Canadian stores i spend some money at - are my BARBER SHOP and my SHOE REPAIR store........ As the year goes by i shop at other GOOD AMERICAN COMPANIEs ....... Did i said GOOD AMERICAN COMPANIES NO_NO_NO THEY ARE GREAT AMERICAN COMPANIES.....AND THOSE GREAT AMERICAN COMPANIES MAKE AMERICA GREAT !!!! AMERICA IS ALREADY GREAT and like my father used to say ....If it's not broke don't fix it...... And one more thing. All those GREAT AMERICAN COMPANIES 40%--50% of their earnings and profits come from their Global operations outside of THE GREAT USA ....... Peter Triantafyllos Toronto Jan-12-2025
